I'm Jesse, a leadership trainer and speaker on a mission to help you and your team bring out your best work yet!
With a dual Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Washington University in St. Louis, I explore the dynamic intersection of my disciplines, uncovering unique insights that immediately enhance workforce performance.

With over a decade of professional experience in healthcare, encompassing hospital management and consulting, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge (and cherished stories) to my work.

Since 2023, I have conducted more than 700 virtual and in-person seminars and workshops focused on fostering well-being, engagement, and collaboration in the workplace. I've also developed leaders across diverse sectors including tech, manufacturing, public administration, and more.
Outside of work, I'm the proud aunt of two hilarious nephews and a multi-passionate artist (circus arts, acting, comedy, and creative writing).
