EAP Clients: What to Expect
Your EAP has let you know I'm speaking at your upcoming event. (I can't wait!)
What happens next?
Unless told otherwise by your EAP, the process will be:
Please send calendar/log-on information to both me (speaking@jessefavre.com) and your EAP representative.
If there is any specific information you want me to be aware of, please let your EAP representative know, as they will relay key details to me.
I will log on 10 minutes early for a tech check unless your EAP has indicated otherwise.
(Earlier or longer rehearsals may come at an additional expense. Please review company-specific policies with your EAP.)
I have experience with all major video-conferencing systems and will plan to share my screen and manage the chat.
I plan to introduce myself unless you note you'll use my speaker's bio.
Unless noted otherwise, I will wrap up the session (including Q&A) after 50 minutes.
If there are any questions or concerns, please contact your EAP. I look forward to working with your team!
